This program has been designed for all industries and the target participants for this program will most likely be:
- team members (often workplace supervisors) who deliver, and sometimes formatively assess, training that is already prepared. For example training packages that are specific to their industry/vocational skills or workplace procedures and practices
- team members who perform a training and assessment role in a workplace and who are normally acting under supervision or direction by a qualified trainer/assessor. For example workplace policies, procedures, and processes, supervising trainees and apprentices or working in partnership with an RTO
- team members who may also deliver pre-prepared training but will also design, write and deliver other training materials that may address a broader training base within the enterprise. For example sales training, team training, machinery and equipment training, implementing and reinforcing standard operating procedures within the organisation
