In all, we have been providing:

  • consultancies with schools using the Appreciative Inquiry approach
  • executive development programs for parent leaders in schools
  • consultancy work to help establish sustainability learning in Queensland schools
  • parent workshops on team development, conflict management, leadership and how to involve previously uninvolved people
  • qualification-based programs in workplace assessment for supervisors of school-based vocational education
  • organisational and office support to professional associations
  • conference management for professional associations
  • the Certificate III New Apprenticeship for teacher aides and clerical staff in schools
  • conflict management consultancy to schools and parent organisations
  • program management help for networks of schools delivering vocational education to students

During 2003 - 2004 we will continue to provide all of our current services and add to it by:

  • facilitating leadership development programs for regional and statewide parent executives
  • providing futures-searching support to school communities as they develop new practices for the future
  • enhancing our leadership role with networks such as Learning Network Australia and the Social Entrepreneurs Network of Australian
  • focussing on boys' education through "Motivating Boys" programs in schools.
  • focussing on themes of "leading, learning, living and loving" in schools through the provision of new consultancy processes and professional development programs
