SUSTAINABLE WORKPLACES
All businesses have a need to enhance
their viability and triple bottom line sustainability in the market place.
We believe this can be done by maximising the potential of current resources
while balancing economic, ecological and social needs and looking optimistically
to the future.
In recent years our work has included:
- delivering frontline management qualifications with enterprises such
as the Australian National Training Authority, ACTEW Corporation, Boeing
Australia, Queensland Rail, Queensland Treasury, Department of Main
Roads and Normandy Mining
- providing qualifications in management and competency assessment through
Allied Partnerships in Australia and New Zealand
- accrediting Project Management qualifications delivered in partnership
with Interlink.
- coordinating the South-East Queensland Assessor and Workplace Trainer
network
- coordinating Residential Aged Care traineeships
- conducting workplace trainer and workplace assessor programs in all
Queensland regions and private and public sector organisations
- organisational development and problem solving consultancies
- incorporating sustainable development as a key factor in enhancing
workplaces
